Meet Our Team

Toni – Managing Director

Holding full Qualified Teacher Status, Toni has owned the nursery for 20 years. Toni loves spending time with her husband Ben and their two sons Leo and Joel.

Emma – Nursery Manager

Emma is Level 3 and has 12 years experience working in Outstanding settings. Emma has two children of her own and they all love going out as a family together on weekends, and also spending time with their dogs and their ducks quack quack!

Lucy – Nursery Manager

Lucy is fully Level 3 qualified and she has spent 20 years working in Outstanding settings. When she is not at work, Lucy enjoys taking her two children away for weekends into the open countryside to enjoy nature.

Charlotte – Deputy Manager

Charlotte is Level 6 qualified and one of her main roles is to oversee the curriculum for the nursery and train staff so that all children are getting the very best quality of education. Charlotte also runs the Owls (toddler) Room. When not at work, Charlotte enjoys socialising with her partner and friends.

Molly – Early Years Practitioner

Molly has nearly completed her Level 3 apprenticeship at nursery and is currently classed as a fully competent Level 2 member of staff. Molly has wonderful bonds with the children and she can be found in the Owlets (baby) Room. When not at work, Molly enjoys going out with her friends and trips to the cinema.

Layyah – Early Years Practitioner

Layyah is currently doing her Level 3 Apprenticeship at nursery and is classed as a fully competent Level 2 Practitioner. Layyah always has a smile on her face and loves getting stuck into messy play with the children.

Rhiannon – Early Years Practitioner

Rhiannon is halfway through her Level 3 apprenticeship at nursery and is currently classed as a competent Level 2 Practitioner. Rhiannon is based in the Wise Owl (pre school) Room and she enjoys preparing our older children for school. When she’s not at nursery, Rhiannon loves going out shopping with her friends, and spending time with her family.

Tamzin – Early Years Practitioner

You will find Tamzin in the baby room and she is about to start her Level 3 Apprenticeship with us. She is currently classed as an Unqualified Practitioner. Tamzin loves children and has taken to the role like a duck to water. Tamzin is looking forward to learning all that her mentors can teach her at nursery, and we are proud to offer the Apprenticeship scheme which means that budding young Early Years Educators can gain their certificate of qualification at the same time as working in the role obtaining valuable experience.
