We are open throughout the christmas period as usual. We are closed on any day classed as a bank holiday. If you wish your child to attend nursery over the christmas period, you must book this with Lucy in advance. This allows us to staff correctly and in accordance with Ofsted regulations. Your child’s safety is our priority.
This year has been just wonderful. Here is a list of just some of our highlights:
- 5 stars (again) from Environmental Health scores on the doors
- Award WINNERS for BEST TEAM at North Lincs Great Big Small Business Awards
- New outdoor learning initiative launched headed up by Charlotte
- Challenge 25 week for children in need completed
- Baby room doubled in size to accommodate demand
- Halloween, Easter and Christmas parties
- New baby garden area developed so that babies have their own, separate outdoor space
- Forest school activities started
- Visit from Amy Wilson, children’s author
- Visit from Jade, a Cardiac Physiologist who taught us about healthy bodies
- Mothers Day afternoon tea for our mums
- Red Nose Day baking
- World Book Day celebrations
- Learning about love and caring for people on Valentines Day
- Mark making for Chinese New Year
- But most of all WE HAD LOTS OF FUN WITH LOTS OF LEARNING!
